LINCOLN
Back12 ACADEMY AWARD NOMINATIONS including: BEST PICTURE, ACTOR, DIRECTOR & SUPPORTING ACTRESS! "THE ABRAHAM LINCOLN WE ONLY THOUGHT WE KNEW." - Joe Morgenstern, Wall Street Journal. "'LINCOLN' IS A ROUGH AND NOBLE DEMOCRATIC MASTERPIECE. GO SEE THIS MOVIE." - A.O. Scott, New York Times
|
"Lincoln" focuses on the last four months of the president's life and the political strategizing he undertook at the close of the Civil War to ensure that slavery would be forever outlawed. "Our movie is really about a working leader who must make tough decisions and get things done in the face of overwhelming opposition," says director Steven Spielberg. The film is based on the bestselling book "A Team of Rivals."
- Rated: PG-13 for an intense scene of war violence, some images of carnage and brief strong language.
